Independent Collaboration with Apoyo Mutuo Agricola
After working hands-on with AMA in Puerto Rico last summer, I've continued the collaboration independently with the organization, working on a fundraising campaign.
Over the last few months, I explored different initiatives with Apoyo Mutuo Agricola, a cooperative network dedicated to supporting sustainable agriculture and building community through mutual help.
At the moment I'm working with the organization leads on developing one idea: these handmade bracelets as part of a fundraising campaign. I designed and prototyped the bracelets from unique beads and charms, each bracelet representing the natural and cultural richness of Puerto Rico.
The project's target outcome is eventually creating solutions that would help strengthen their network and serve the farming communities they support.
This a project I plan to continue over the next year, one of the social impact initiatives I'm most excited about.
